Initially, Shane Herman came on Greys Anatomy Season 2 Episode 7 convinced he was pregnant. His pregnancy test even came back positive. A few tests later they came to the conclusion that it was a large mass growing inside.

4. Tree Inside Lung

Tree inside lung
Raul Aranda is a patient on Grey's Anatomy Season 7 Episode 21 who was growing a tree inside his lung. It's not every day a foreign object is found living and growing inside a body cavity unless it's a parasite of some sort.

5. Trapped in Cement

Trapped in cement
Andrew Langston was dared by his friends to jump into a wet cement which left him stuck in a huge piece of dried cement on Grey's Anatomy Season 4 Episode 16. He was successfully freed but still left with many injuries.

Bomb in a body
How could we ever forget this nearly fateful episode? On Grey's Anatomy Season 2 Episode 17 Meredith put her life in danger when she shoved her hand inside a body cavity containing a bomb. The first and only time in Grey's history that there was a code black.
