American Horror Story: 1984 is almost over.
While American Horror Story Season 9 Episode 6 -- the show's 100th episode -- was light on the returning cast members, we're in for a treat on American Horror Story Season 9 Episode 7.
Dylan McDermott, who has played multiple characters on the franchise, is returning for one episode.
We don't know who he's playing, but given that everyone is returning to Camp Redwood for a kill fest, it's possible that he will be a serial killer.

If that does turn out to be the case, then it's possible he could be the son of Oliver Thredson and Lana Winters from American Horror Story Season 2.
McDermott played the same role on that season in the 2012-13 timelime, so the events at the Camp Redwood music festival would be just over 2 decades before that.
We have no confirmation of this, but given the serial killer theme and the fact that Briarcliff Manor was purchased by Margaret, we have a motive for Johnny Morgan to want her dead.
In the official trailer for "The Lady in White," McDermott's character is seemingly working with Brooke and Donna, who are making a beeline for the festival and to get revenge on Margaret.

The clip also gives us our first look at Benjamin, who is well and truly back in his old stabbing grounds.
The ghosts of the counselors seemingly want to hurt him, but Benjamin pleads with them that he has a higher purpose.
It remains to be seen what will go down, but this being American Horror Story, there is bound to be some wild twists thrown in.
